Chrome plating thickness :As per requirement.
Run out: 0.01 /0.02mm .
Straightness: 0.1 per meter max.
Surface finish : better then RA 0.2 .
Chrome Surface Hardness : 67-72Hrc.
We developed thread using CNC machines.
We manufacture tie bars as per customer’s drawing and specifications.

We produce using advanced techniques, for surface removal, polishing, induction hardening, and then hard chrome plating. The finished product is a superior impact resistant bar ideal for high quality rods.

Hardness Of Chrome Plating Hrc 67-72.
Minimum Hardness Depth at 0.025mm.
Stocked in lengths as per requirement.
Cut to length sizes available.

Salt spray test to 48 hours in accordance with ASTM B-117.
