Is a family of processes that use a concentrated heat source to melt feed stock materials while imparting kinetic energy. When the hot energetic particles impact the surface of the part being coated they rapidly solidify. As subsequent particles impact the surface, a deposit thickness is built up.

High velocity oxy-fuel coating spraying (HVOF)
High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) Coating is a industrial application method used to increase the hardness and bonding characteristics of many surface coatings and materials. Oxygen & a fuel gas are combusted through a high velocity nozzle with gases such as Hydrogen, Propylene, Acetylene, & Kerosene. This industrial process creates coatings with an enhanced adhesion which typically exceedes bond strengths of 7,000 psi. This characteristic of HVOF coatings helps to create the friction reduction properties of the applied coatings in high temperature applications.
Plasma Spray Process
Our comprehensive service capabilities encompass a wide cross section The Plasma Spray Process is basically the spraying of molten or heat softened material onto a surface to provide a coating. Material in the form of powder is injected into a very high temperature plasma flame, where it is rapidly heated and accelerated to a high velocity. The hot material impacts on the substrate surface and rapidly cools forming a coating. This plasma spray process carried out correctly is called a "cold process" (relative to the substrate material being coated) as the substrate temperature can be kept low during processing avoiding damage, metallurgical changes and distortion to the substrate material.
Wire arc spray
Our comprehensive service capabilities encompass a wide cross section Wire arc spray is a form of thermal spraying where two consumable metal wires are fed independently into the spray gun. These wires are then charged and an arc is generated between them. The heat from this arc melts the incoming wire, which is then entrained in air jet from the gun. This entrained molten feedstock is then deposited onto a substrate. This process is commonly used for metallic, heavy coatings
Flame spraying
Our comprehensive service capabilities encompass a wide cross section Flame spraying is part of a wider group of coating processes known as thermal spraying. In these processes, a consumable (usually a powder or a wire) is heated and propelled onto a substrate to form a coating. Flame spraying is the oldest of the thermal spraying processes. A wide variety of materials can be deposited as coatings using this process and the vast majority of components are sprayed manually. Flame spraying has distinct advantages, including ease of application and low cost, compared with the other spraying processes. These benefits make it a widely used process
